Chief Executive Officer
Jeff graduated from California Polytechnic University with a degree in Business. This led him to a variety of managerial and leadership roles in the telecommunications sector, including work with Pacific Bell, Bellcore, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. During Jeff’s tenure with Pacific Bell he obtained an Executive MBA from UC Berkeley as well as certificates in management, negotiation, and leadership from Carnegie Mellon and Pepperdine Universities. Prior to the founding of Advanced Rx, Jeff was involved with several successful startup ventures in the software, telecom, and financial industries.
Chief Operating Officer
Having worked in physician practice management and pharmaceuticals, Kati brought extensive industry knowledge to the inception of Advanced Rx. As the manager of an occupational injury clinic, Kati oversaw operations of three urgent care facilities, as well as the practice’s centralized billing. Prior to the founding of Advanced Rx, Kati was involved with several successful startup medical practices and businesses, as well as managing her own medical billing company which serviced many different specialty practices for 10 years. Kati’s expertise in medical billing is the foundation upon which Advanced Rx was built.
Vice President of National Sales
Brian graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Business Administration. He was involved in building several successful start-ups, including Skills Village where he was the Executive VP of Sales. Brian’s contributions to the growth of Skills Village assisted in the eventual acquisition of the business by PeopleSoft, where Brian remained and held numerous leadership roles. Brian continued his career as VP of Sales with Oracle, one of the world’s largest technology companies, where he built several successful sales teams. As the VP of National Sales with Advanced Rx, Brian has continued to cultivate a network of clients and sales professionals in the best interests of the business.
Vice President of Finance
Ryan obtained both his BA and MA in Psychology from the University of Oregon and Northwest Christian College, respectively. He began his career as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), working in healthcare environments for 10 years as a provider, training other providers and utilizing his practical experience to help build a highly successful wraparound services model for Oregon’s Medicaid population. To enhance his work with data, Ryan pursued an advanced degree in accounting and obtained his CPA. Ryan then worked with PwC’s healthcare audit team taking many pre-FDA companies through the IPO process. Prior to joining the Advanced Rx team, Ryan built and led accounting operations at GE Digital.
Pharmacy Manager
Robert obtained undergraduate degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BS in Biology and BA in Chemistry, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Wingate University College of Pharmacy. Post pharmacy school, Robert managed a high-volume, independent, retail pharmacy in Charlotte, NC, where he built strategic healthcare partnerships, optimized workflow processes, and negotiated contracts with PBMS, manufacturers, and wholesalers. As the current pharmacy manager at Advanced Rx Pharmacy of Tennessee, Robert oversees all pharmacy, wholesale, and manufacturing operations including procurement, licensing, FDA compliance, distribution, and formulary optimization.
Dispensary Program Manager
Rebecca graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Kinesiology. She began her healthcare career in prosthetics and orthotics and eventually transitioned into pharmaceutical management in 2016. Through the years with Advanced Rx she worked in payment posting and account management where she gained her knowledge and experience with physician dispensing. In 2021, she was promoted to Dispensary Program Manager. Rebecca oversees all dispensary operations and is committed to developing strong, long-lasting relationships with her clients and the Advanced Rx team.

Advanced Rx’s Central Fill program allows our partner physicians to capture the ancillary from an in-office dispense, while using the inventory and mailing of our Advanced Rx Pharmacy. Using our dispensing software, the prescription will be routed to Advanced Rx Pharmacy and our team will fill, bill, and mail the medications to the patient. Central Fill enables physicians to electronically send prescriptions to a pharmacy and still participate in the revenue generated through worker’s comp and PIP reimbursements.
